Pop Up Space and Kitchen Rental

We offer a flexible, well-equipped space for chefs looking to host pop-up dinners or secure prep kitchen access in a clean, professional environment.

Our dining room is available for evening pop-ups at a flat rate of $1,200 per service.

• Access begins at 4:00 PM for setup 
• All guests must vacate by 11:00 PM (due to residential neighbors above) 

The rental fee includes:

• Dishwasher support 
• Towels and aprons 
• Napkins 
• Plates and silverware 

A $500 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided no items are damaged or missing.

Beverage Policy

• Beer and wine service is permitted 
• All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Sweet and Sowers LLC 
• Liquor is not permitted on the premises 

Additional Requirements

• Excessively loud music is not allowed 
• Proof of business insurance is required, listing Sweet and Sowers LLC as additionally insured 
• If you do not have insurance, coverage can be provided for $150 per day 

Our kitchen is available for prep use at $50 per hour, with a 4-hour daily minimum.

• Refrigerated storage can be arranged based on your needs 
• Dry storage is limited and available on a case-by-case basis
